At IWIN, every order matters. We want you to be confident when you purchase IN SILENCE.

Returns

Because fragrance is a personal-use product, we only accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The original packaging and box must be intact.

• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, sprayed, used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, IWIN will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return is approved.

Final Sale

Products that have been opened or used are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and product-safety reasons.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

Pre-Orders

For IWIN pre-orders, including Kickstarter or other pre-launch campaigns, cancellation, refund, and delivery terms may differ from standard orders and will be communicated on the applicable campaign or checkout page.
